In recent years, Fenixway received a lot of positive feedback, comparing with other brands including Chinese and international ones. Most cases are from the working condition of truck application. Some people might be wondering whether Fenixway could a good performer on buses.

At the beginning of Fenixway project, following the requirements from the market, engineers designed a product with pattern name FLAMA 68. 

Though FLAMA 68 is a very normal design comparing with other Fenixway products, its performance from bus application is very positive. Being used in a big bus fleet, the mileage of FLAMA 68 is the longest one comparing with all brands being used. Additionally, when we compare it with other brands being used before, the feedback from passengers shows that Fenixway tire is providing more comfortable experience. Thanks to its high performance and long mileage, the end user bus fleet owner is very happy with the result from Fenixway. To show the appreciation and help more people to know about this good product, the fleet owner wrote a recommendation letter for FLAMA 68:

As a market-oriented brand, Fenixway has always been chasing for new & upgraded design. In some markets, the customers are keen on a tire with wider tread, as in their idea a wider tread tire could provide an even longer mileage. Following the special requirements from these customers, Fenixway engineers started market investigation and finally they worked out the upgraded pattern FLAMA 66. Comparing with the previous pattern FLAMA 68, FLAMA 66 was designed with following special features:

1. Five-rib tread design helps reduce uneven wear and increase tire life.

2. High-performance tread compound improves wear resistance for longer mileage.

As soon as the tire is ready, many partners are eager to test the quality and performance. In the month when FLAMA 66 came off from production line, tens of containers were shipped to different countries.

After FLAMA 66 arrival at the local markets, it was fitted on different buses immediately, for the purpose of performance testing. 

After few months’ testing, FLAMA 66 received high praise from both drivers and passengers. The feedback from many bus fleets shows that the mileage of FLAMA 66 is even higher than good brand DC. (in one of the cases, mileage of FLAMA 66 is around 20% higher than that of Double Coin)

The performance of Fenixway is excellent on application of inside city buses. In some areas, the bus travels between cities, and the road is not always asphalted, Fenxiway also has it’s solution, which is the star product VALOR 99.

From the above photos as you can see, this road condition is very tough, with more than half percentage unpaved road. The final mileage of VALOR 99 on this bus working condition is 63,784kms, while no any other Chinese brands could achieve 45,000kms till today. Tier one brands were also being used in this fleet, Conti reached to 95,680kms and Kumho is only 49,578kms. 

The bus fleet owner is extremely happy with the above result, because if we take tire cost into consideration, VALOR 99 is really helping this fleet save a lot of cost. To show the appreciation to Fenixway team for such a high-performance product, the General Manager of the bus fleet wrote a recommendation letter, to encourage other fleets to test Fenixway to test the tire and enjoy good performance as well.
